To profitably market your project, we will work with you to implement a comprehensive site analysis and a sales and marketing plan, which may include any or all of the following, depending on your specific needs and goals.

- Determine the market demand for your project

- Evaluate condominium absorption rates
- Review and/or recommend unit type mix, design specifications and finishes
- Recommend amenities package
- Recommend and solicit input from interior designers, landscape architects and other ancillary experts as needed
Sales & Marketing Plan
Pre-Sales (if applicable)
- If required, a mutually agreed upon number of units will be pre-sold to activate your construction financing. Special pre-sales prices and promotions will be agreed upon by the real estate developer and the You Build We Sell Team. Pre-sales reservations will be coordinated by the You Build We Sell Team
Sales Strategy
- Format in-house processing / contract management
- Prepare outside broker campaign
- Develop and maintain timely reports to maximize revenue by adjusting pricing based on prospects and product absorption
- Project manage closings so they are timely and error-free
Marketing Strategy
- Formulate comprehensive marketing plan
- Develop, create and oversee execution of advertising, promotional and internet campaigns
- Create and maintain website for marketing, promotion, and lead generation purposes
- Continually refine marketing plan to meet changes in market demands
